To process, underwrite, and finalize your mortgage loan transaction, we transfer your NPI to non-affiliated third-party wholesale lending institutions, credit reporting repositories, and necessary settlement service providers. By submitting data through this portal, you grant explicit consent for this data transmission. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal data.

Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending Notice COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE VALUATION OF REAL PROPERTY OR REGARDING A MORTGAGE COMPANY OR RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR LICENSED IN TEXAS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SAVINGS AND MORTGAGE LENDING, 2601 NORTH LAMAR BLVD., SUITE 201, AUSTIN, TEXAS 78705. A TOLL-FREE CONSUMER HOTLINE IS AVAILABLE AT 1-877-276-5550. INFORMATION AND COMPLAINT FORMS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DEPARTMENT’S WEBSITE AT WWW.SML.TEXAS.GOV. A RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR SPONSORED BY A LICENSED MORTGAGE COMPANY OR REGISTERED MORTGAGE BANKER MUST BE LICENSED OR REGISTERED AS AN ORIGINATOR AND SPONSORED BY THAT MORTGAGE COMPANY OR MORTGAGE BANKER IN ORDER TO ORIGINATE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOANS. THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO REIMBURSE OUT-OF-POCKET DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE CRIMINAL ACTS OF A LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
